Third-party flow packaging

Among its other activities, our packing co-operative performs flow packaging on behalf of third parties, an ideal system for foodstuffs. Packaging with flow packs is a highly reliable method as it allows for effectively preserving the integrity of products, especially perishable items such as foodstuffs. The flow pack is hermetic, insulated from external agents and adheres to the packaged item. Moreover, it is a rapid and flexible technique that adapts to various product shapes. A special machine is used that mounts an enveloping film, the material of which varies in relation to the item to be packaged. The covering can be transparent or pre-printed, depending on the customer’s requests.

The Nival Group and its third-party packing companies offer flow packaging services in Verona, the Veneto region and throughout Northern Italy, meeting the needs of various industrial sectors, including the food processing industry, which uses flow packs more than any other.
